Brief History

Bob’s Janitorial Service & Supply, Inc. was started in 1975 in Topeka and was incorporated in 1980 to provide janitorial services and supplies to the Topeka and Lawrence, and surrounding areas.
In 1989, the original owner sold the business to Consolidate Capital Investments Group, Inc., an investment firm (Alan Bibler, CEO). However, the name, as well as the management team, including Dale Basel as President and General Manager, remained the same.
When asked about the reason for the success of the Company, President Dale Basel replies, “It is because our Company has been a quality-oriented organization, but at the same time has worked hard at keeping costs down for our customers.”
